Mama Bear – Here in NC fireworks are completely legal (the ones that stay on the ground and sparklers) in SC…10 minutes away, all the BIG HUGE fireworks are completely legal. I am from California where NO fireworks are allowed..and I wish it was that way here. The insanity we see throughout the entire 4th of July weekend in incredible…as a matter of fact…someone had a sparkler on my street the other day…it caught the pine needles of a planter on fire…and POOF! It was up in flames!

They’re totally illegal here in NJ too! I do love taking the kids to the town shows, but yep…no home fireworks here.
